The work of Professor Marco Falasca has shown that CBD can synergize with gemcitabine to fight pancreatic cancer in preclinical models. The Pancreatic Cancer Initiative was launched to raise funds to support further preclinical and clinical research by Dr. Falasca to improve the prognosis of pancreatic cancer patients.
